HOW CAN I MAXIMISE THE TIME THAT THE CONTENTS OF THE BOTTLE STAYS HOT/COLD?
Prepare the bottle with hot/cold water before pouring in your drink.
HOT DRINKS: If you are planning on putting a hot drink into the bottle, then warm up the inside of the bottle by carefully pouring in some freshly boiled water while preparing your drink. this will ensure the inside of the bottle will retain the heat of the drink for as long as possible.

COLD DRINKS: Pop a couple of ice cubes or a good glug of ice cold water into the bottle before pouring in your cold drink, to help preserve the temperature.
CAN I PUT MY BOTTLE IN THE MICROWAVE, DISHWASHER, FRIDGE OR FREEZER?
Simply put, no.

The bottles are unsuitable for the microwave and dishwasher. Please use hot soapy water to deep clean the bottles. Do not soak for the bottle. Leave the bottle uncapped to dry thoroughly and ensure no smell is developed.

The bottles have double-wall vacuum insulation technology, which is not effected by the temperature of the bottle from the outside. Therefore the fridge/freezer will not be able to cool the contents inside. It has also been known to crack the bottle and break the vacuum seal if left in the freezer.
